Job Description:

  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and billing statements for daily restaurant sales.
  • Verify accuracy of orders, charges, and payment details before finalizing bills.
  • Record and reconcile daily sales transactions with cashiers and accounting department.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments from clients or corporate accounts.
  • Maintain organized billing records and financial documents.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team for deposits, reports, and month-end summaries.
  • Assist in generating daily sales reports and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Handle billing-related inquiries and provide assistance to customers and internal departments.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in billing, accounting, or cashiering (restaurant or retail experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and POS systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
