We're seeking a highly proactive Learning Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, ensuring the smooth execution of training programs and administrative processes across the organization. This role manages training logistics, tracks completion and compliance, supports audits, and drives process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness across all sites.

This is a hybrid position based at our ASW office in BGC, Taguig — with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. The role follows Australian business hours (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time), offering a great balance of structure and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage training inbox by monitoring, filing, and actioning incoming requests.
  • Coordinate site-wide training sessions including booking, invites, calendar management, and attendance tracking.
  • Finalize training plans and handle distribution of certificates and gift vouchers.
  • Track and maintain records of training hours and completion status.
  • Organize safety training by sourcing vendors, scheduling, and managing communications.
  • Coordinate maintenance training with vendors and ensure proper scheduling and invitations.
  • Administer training-related invoices including PO creation, billing, and documentation.
  • Support audits by leading preparations, compiling evidence, and managing follow-up actions.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and collaborating on solutions.

Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination or administrative support.
  • Strong multitasking skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and vendors.
  • Comfortable with invoices, POs, audit documentation, and focused on efficiency.
  • Able to work autonomously while supporting cross-functional teams.
