About the role

PC Worx IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Cubao, Quezon City. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the company's overall business objectives
  • Create and manage engaging content across various digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, website, email, and print materials
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product, to align marketing efforts and achieve desired outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend new initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within IT industry (Trade, Retail, Distributors, etc)
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously

Specific Skills:

Advanced MS office Proficient in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Business Suite).
