Job Responsibilities:

  • Cook and prepare food in accordance with international standard of quality, taste and presentation.
  • Study required recipes for production
  • Cook and prepare food based on requirements of the company.
  • Follow the ServeSafe international food safety guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, kitchen tools and equipments.
  • Prepare stock request, par stocking and inventories needed for production.
  • Work and respect all the team members.
  • Maintain daily logbooks.
  • Prepare food costing.
  • Prepare weekly reports.
  • Attend weekly kitchen meeting or other required company meetings.
  • Prepares Market Order List
  • Knowlegeable in Cold or Hot Station

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Culinary Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree Culinary or Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in any location Paranaque, Pasig, Taguig
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have good positive and cheerful attitude.
  • Must be willing to train.
  • Must have patience.
  • Must be hardworking.
  • Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees.
