Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Manila. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, managing kitchen sections, supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring hygiene and health safety standards, and coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations. The role requires maintaining the highest culinary standards and contributing to menu development and planning.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
  • Experience in managing kitchen sections and supervising junior kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high culinary standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
