We look for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper who values accuracy and consistent output. You handle accounting and bookkeeping tasks for multiple small business clients. You support the financial function through disciplined work and strong ownership. You do not interact directly with clients. You deliver clean records and reliable reports that help the team drive sound decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling accounts, managing general ledger entries, and processing transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and other tools like , Ramp, and Rippling.
  • Record and categorize income, expenses, assets, and liabilities based on client requirements.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the preparation and management of client budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor financial data to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and strengthen financial systems.
  • Assist in structuring financial data for KPI tracking, dashboards, and strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with accounting software, especially QuickBooks Online, Finaloop, and Odoo.
  • Familiarity with tools like , Ramp, and Rippling is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines with consistency.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
