SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

Location: Clark, Tarlac, Cebu, Manila - Philippines (Onsite)

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT

Experience Required:Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping in an Australian accounting firm or SME

ABOUT THIS ROLE. . .

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper with deep Australian bookkeeping experience and the ability to oversee client files and junior staff.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients
  • Oversee AP/AR, payroll, superannuation, and compliance deadlines
  • Review work of intermediate and junior bookkeepers
  • Prepare BAS/IAS and management reports for review
  • Liaise with Australian managers and clients as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years' bookkeeping experience in Australian accounting firms or SMEs
  • Advanced skills in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of GST, payroll compliance, and reporting standards
  • Experience supervising staff and reviewing bookkeeping files
  • Excellent communication and client-service orientation
