Mr. Wilson Sportswear, Inc. is a growing sportswear manufacturing company producing premium jerseys for local and international clients. We're looking for a Bookkeeper to manage our financial records, company expenses, and government compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and categorize company expenses, purchases, and payments.
  • Maintain organized records of receipts, invoices, and supplier balances.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly expense and cash flow reports.
  • Coordinate with the company's external accountant for BIR and government filings.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.
  • Track job-order and material costs to monitor profitability.
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing or trading).
  • Knowledge of Philippine tax compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized.

Preferred:

  • Experience handling supplier accounts and production expense tracking.
  • Familiarity with eBIRForms or eFPS filing systems.
