About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Officer - to join our dynamic team at Makati Finance Corporation. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in executing our digital marketing strategy and driving the creation of compelling multi-media content across various platforms. Based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and communications professionals to deliver impactful campaigns that showcase our brand and engage our target audience.

What will you do?

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing and website content
  • Create and curate engaging multi-media content such as graphics, videos, infographics and presentations
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Support the implementation of our content marketing strategy across various channels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver marketing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to inform our approach

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or multi-media content creation role
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, Google Analytics and content creation software
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail
  • Creative flair and the ability to produce engaging, visually appealing content
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A genuine interest in the latest digital marketing and multi-media trends
