MARKETING OFFICER

Drive growth. Build brands. Create impact. We're looking for a marketing officer who can bring fresh ideas and data-driven strategies to life. If you're passionate about crafting campaigns, analyzing market trends, and boosting brand visibility, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website content, and online ads
  • Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional content
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to support product launches and promotions
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts and communications
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners
  • Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility
  • Prepare reports on marketing activities, results, and ROI for management review

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and data-savvy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Makati (6 days a week)
