The Retail team works together in managing all retail stores to deliver the best products, service and experience in brick and mortar locations. Their concerted effort to ensure business growth and daily operational excellence entails management of personnel, sales, product, visual merchandising, activations, processes and service.

The Retail Associate Director ensures overall excellence in brick-and-mortar locations across all aspects with a heavy emphasis on sales strategy, profitability, inventory management, people management, operational excellence and customer service. The ideal candidate has proven success in driving sales and improving profit margins for revenue growth, creativity in designing promotions and campaigns, technological and operational proficiency to ensure efficient processes and policies, and leadership experience to manage and coach multiple stores and the retail head office team. The Retail Associate Director is in tune with the market and analyzes consumer insights, behavior and preferences to be translated into effective strategies.

Constantly working with store managers, this role is also able make both strategic and tactical adjustments to empower the team in achieving their goals and overall key metrics. Qualifications:Possesses a Bachelor's DegreeManagerial Experience in Corporate Retail or the Service Industry of at least 5 years

Strong background in sales and profitability

Experience in consumer services strategy and operations

Willing to conduct regular store visits

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills

Demonstrates computer efficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications

Passionate about basketball and basketball products is an advantage
