Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: Php
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week
  • Schedule: 4 hours per day, aligned with CDT (Texas) time zone
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Design eye-catching social media graphics and visual content using Canva
  • Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create compelling marketing materials that showcase aesthetic treatments and wellness services
  • Manage and maintain a consistent brand presence across all digital channels
  • Perform essential administrative support including data entry into Excel and business management systems
  • Access and efficiently navigate various business software platforms and proprietary systems
  • Support comprehensive marketing initiatives focused on the medical aesthetics and beauty industry
  • Handle routine administrative tasks to support smooth business operations

Requirements

  • Demonstrated graphic design expertise with a portfolio showcasing creative and professional-quality work (MUST submit portfolio)
  • Proven social media marketing experience with strong understanding of platform best practices and engagement strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva and ability to create professional marketing materials
  • Strong administrative skills including Excel proficiency and accurate data entry
  • Experience in medical spa, beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry preferred
  • Marketing agency background or similar professional marketing experience highly valued
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work
