We're a small, creative team looking for a Manila-based designer who can bring both artistry and reliability to the role.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Assistant to help create and manage content across our digital channels. This role suits someone who's organised, creative, and enjoys working across different parts of a growing business — from design and email marketing to occasional administrative support.

You'll be working closely with the founder to bring brand stories to life visually, while maintaining consistency across all platforms and adhering to established brand guidelines.

• Design and produce engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website updates
• Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Build and send email campaigns in Klaviyo, including layout, copy placement, and basic automation setup
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content, following existing brand guidelines
• Assist with short-form copywriting and caption writing
• Update templates, resize images, and prepare artwork for print or web
• Support with general admin tasks such as content planning, file management, and supplier communication

• Proven experience in graphic design using Graphic Designer & Social Media Assistant (Remote – Manila, Philippines)

## About the Role

You'll be working closely with the founder to bring brand stories to life visually, while maintaining consistency across all platforms and adhering to established brand guidelines.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website updates
• Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Build and send email campaigns in Klaviyo, including layout, copy placement, and basic automation setup
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content, following existing brand guidelines
• Assist with short-form copywriting and caption writing
• Update templates, resize images, and prepare artwork for print or web
• Support with general admin tasks such as content planning, file management, and supplier communication

## Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in graphic design using Canva
• Hands-on experience using Klaviyo for email marketing
• Strong understanding of social media and content marketing
• Excellent eye for layout, colour, and typography
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and based in the Philippines (preferably Manila)

## Nice to Have

• Basic photography or photo editing skills
• Experience with lifestyle or eCommerce brands preferred

## Role Details

• Location: Remote (Manila, Philippines)
• Hours: Part-time (with potential to grow)
• Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap with AEST hours
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: Competitive, based on experience
