We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Factory Manager/Manufacturing Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Injection and PCBA Manufacturing Facility.

Requirements:

  1. Have more than 10 years management experience for Injection and PCBA or those related to the manufacturing process,
  2. Experience in managing production teams and have strong knowledge in production processes
  3. Any Nationality, excellent in the written and verbal of English language. Will communicate with Japanese Management (Japanese language proficiency is a plus)
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, able to relay plans and ideas effectively,
  5. Excellent time management skills,
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent analyzing ability.
