Production Planner

I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepares production plan based on Sales and Marketing Plan.

2. Identifies factory capacity, manufacturing processes lead time to support production plan.

3. Prepares materials procurement plan based on production plan, standard raw materials requirement per case and stock condition according to ideal standard stock level.

4. Complies with requirement of Quality system. Subjects the records for audit and subjects himself as auditor.

5. Monitor all inventory in the production floor, from raw materials, in-process, sub manufactured and finished products. Assures that input and output materials always play in balance.

6. Reviews and analyzes production capacity and material usage.

7. Prepares monthly inventory reports and analysis.

II. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepares letters as needed in production (Compress Letter, Transfer of Holidays schedules).

2. Coordinates with other team members of the organization.

3. Perform also the accurate SAP transaction based on his/her authority.

4. Proactively involve in the continuous improvement program and perform RCA related with deviation in his/her workstation.

Performs another task/s that maybe assigned to her/his by his/her superior
