MOTORPOOL SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • At least a graduate of any four-year or five-year course, or possess a relevant vocational certification.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in motorpool operations, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage and direct the work of skilled mechanics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
