What You'll Do
  • Engage inbound leads from social media, email, and website inquiries, and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, and DMs to identify and connect with new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and run product demos, explain SOFI AI's value, and tailor solutions based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client and lead records using internal tools.
  • Work closely with marketing and tech teams to refine lead generation and customer experience.
  • Track your progress weekly and contribute ideas to improve our sales process.

What We're Looking For
  • A self-starter with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is preferred—but fresh grads with initiative are welcome.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible startup setup.
  • Interest or background in tech, SaaS, or AI is a big plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Goal-driven mindset with a hunger to learn and grow.
