Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving both individual and team sales performance while ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding shopping experience. This role combines strong salesmanship, excellent customer engagement, and efficient store operations to uphold the brand's image and deliver superior service. The Sales Associate is expected to maintain high visual merchandising standards, possess solid product knowledge, and actively contribute to the store's overall success through teamwork and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance:

Proactively engage customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and achieve or surpass sales goals and targets.

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

Create a welcoming shopping atmosphere by providing personalized assistance, maintaining a positive attitude, and ensuring each customer leaves satisfied.

  • Showcase Product Expertise:

Apply comprehensive product knowledge to highlight features, benefits, and value, helping customers make confident purchasing decisions.

  • Maintain Store Standards:

Ensure the store remains organized, clean, and visually appealing by following company merchandising and display guidelines.

  • Inventory and Stock Management:

Monitor inventory levels, assist in product replenishment, and report low or fast-moving items to support efficient stock rotation.

  • Sales Transaction Accuracy:

Handle customer transactions efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in payments, receipts, and recordkeeping.

  • Operational Support:

Assist in daily store operations such as restocking, maintaining displays, and keeping the sales floor neat and ready for customers.

  • Stay Informed and Updated:

Remain knowledgeable about new arrivals, product updates, ongoing promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information.

  • Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to meet store objectives, share best practices, and maintain a cooperative and motivating work environment.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level (Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and customer-focused, with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory procedures is an advantage.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
  • Energetic, dependable, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service and representing the brand professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
