Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs, and contributing to a positive and productive work culture. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.

    • Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

    • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.

    • Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner.

    • Promote a positive work environment and foster strong employee relationships.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll preparation support, leave management, and benefits enrollment.

    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and assist in coordinating training programs and workshops.

    • Support the implementation of performance management processes.

  • HR Administration and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.

    • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.

    • Maintain organized and confidential HR files and records.

  • Policy and Procedure Implementation:

    • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the energy or renewable energy sector (though not strictly required).

  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and a team player.
