
Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our My Shopping Box team. The role is responsible for supervising daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth dispatch, customs clearance, and timely delivery of subscriber packages. You will lead a team, manage third-party logistics partners, and support continuous improvements to strengthen efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily deliveries, dispatch operations, and proof-of-delivery postings.
- Monitor shipment arrivals, customs clearance, and coordinate with couriers.
- Ensure accuracy in barcode scanning, inventory movements, and transaction records.
- Manage petty cash disbursements and prepare liquidation reports.
- Coordinate weekly consolidation shipments (USA, Milan) and service providers.
- Conduct warehouse audits (stock, safety, housekeeping).
- Oversee manpower schedules, overtime planning, and recruitment/training of staff.
- Recommend cost-saving measures and lead process improvements.
- Required: 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing industry.
- Required: Can start immediately.
- Required: College graduate (any course)
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of customs clearance and shipping processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and warehouse systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
