Marketing and Communications Supervisor

Manages and supervises marketing officers and specialists to achieve targets and directives.

  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, drive user acquisition, and increase revenue.
  2. Campaign Management: Oversee both offline (print, events, etc.) and digital (social media, SEO, email, etc.) and marketing campaigns.
  3. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency, manage brand positioning, and monitor brand reputation across all channels.
  4. Performance & Budget: Use metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and allocate the budget based on performance analysis.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, and present plans and results to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both offline and digital strategies. But preferably with more offline marketing experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in executing campaigns that drive brand growth and revenue.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel.
