About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates in our customer relationship management system
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude to foster strong customer relationships
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise and effectively convey information
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office productivity tools
  • Customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service
  • Flexible and adaptable to handle a dynamic, high-paced environment
