Job Summary:Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the legal integrity of our organization by managing a wide range of legal responsibilities. From preparing comprehensive case briefs and conducting depositions to crafting and overseeing company policies, your expertise will be essential in safeguarding our interests and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Job Responsibilities:Assist the Head of the Legal Department in all matters assigned to the Department and in conducting legal and factual research on assigned cases. Provide legal advice and assistance on various legal queries and matters to the all Departments of the company. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Prepare and file legal pleadings and other court documents. Ensure the accuracy and legality of all corporate documents. Working closely with team members to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trialRepresent the company in legal proceedings, including court appearances.

Collaborate with external counsel on litigation matters. Provide legal analysis and strategies for dispute resolution. Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.

Protect the company against legal risks and violations. Examine the legal issues related to new products and services. Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.

Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations. Job Requirements:Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent. Must be a Licensed Lawyer.

A minimum of 2 years experience as a corporate lawyer. Proven experience in handling corporate litigation.
