- With at least 2 years work experience as a Lawyer in a corporate setting.
- Provide legal opinion and guidance on labor and employment matters.
- Handle labor and other cases that may be encountered by the Company.
- Provide guidance and review documents for acquisition of real properties.
- Handle land title processing and negotiation.
- Assist the Chief Legal Counsel in managing the corporate housekeeping such as, but not limited to, compliance with the reportorial requirements with the SEC, DTI, BIR and other government agencies, preparation of Board Resolutions, Secretary's Certificates and other corporate papers
- Review and/or draft legal documents of the Company and/or its subsidiaries including, but not limited to, contracts, deeds, agreements, letters (that require legal application), policies and such other documents or papers required in the ordinary course of business of the company and its subsidiaries.
- Can work with minimal supervision
