The primary role of the Litigation Lawyer is to represent the company in criminal, civil, as well as labor cases and other actions that may be filed by and/or against the company to ensure that the interests and rights of the company are protected and maintained. What You'll

Do: Attend hearings before the Courts and Quasi-Judicial Bodies representing Home Credit Philippines and other persons or entities as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer to protect the company's interests; Draft and submit pleadings timely, defined as 1 day before the deadline imposed by the Rules or Court/Quasi-Judicial Bodies; Render legal opinions, conduct legal research, and attend related meetings; Provide necessary reports and documentation as required by the company; Review and assess cases endorsed by Anti-Fraud and submit to the Deputy Litigation Lawyer; What You Need

To Have: Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing; At least 2 years of relevant experience; Good written and oral communication skills; Proficient in pleading writing and legal research; Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Amenable to travel locally. What
