Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of Shopee & Lazada stores (product upload, pricing, inventory, promotions, campaigns).
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Monitor store analytics, sales performance, and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and suppliers for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Optimize product listings (descriptions, keywords, images) for maximum visibility.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, campaign performance, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1-2 years experience handling e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, or similar).
  • Strong background in online marketing, sales strategies, and account management.
  • Knowledge in power tools, hardware, electrical, and electronics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
