Role Overview:
We're in search of a reliable and versatile Marketing & E-Commerce VA to become an essential part of our remote team. In this role, you'll help uphold our brand's digital presence, assist in rolling out marketing initiatives, and support the day-to-day flow of our e-commerce operations. You'll work with platforms like Shopify and Amazon while helping ensure that projects stay organized and move forward seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
* Refresh product listings, homepage features, and landing pages on Shopify to ensure consistency and a smooth user experience.
* Manage Amazon Seller Central tasks including listing adjustments, A Content creation, keyword optimization, and Brand Store updates.
* Partner with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and vendors to oversee and troubleshoot email and SMS campaign performance.
* Produce blog content and enhance SEO structure to drive organic reach.
* Design clean, brand-consistent graphics with Canva or similar tools for use in digital campaigns.
* Source vendors (e.g., fulfillment or logistics providers), build influencer databases, and help conduct competitor and market research.
* Coordinate task deadlines, track milestones, and assist in keeping freelancers aligned with timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:
* 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, online retail, or DTC businesses (either in-house or at an agency).
* Comfortable designing simple marketing visuals using Canva or a comparable platform.
* Proficient with Shopify and integrated tools such as Klaviyo, Rebuy, and Okendo.
* Experience with or willingness to learn Amazon Seller Central tools and workflows.
* Familiar with productivity tools like Notion and Google Workspace.
* Excellent command of written English and a high level of attention to detail.
* Confident using spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and analysis.
* Able to leverage ChatGPT for content assistance, ideation, or task support.

Preferred Skills:
* Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, CRO platforms, analytics dashboards, or heatmap software.
* Experience in affiliate marketing, managing influencer relationships, or coordinating content calendars.
* Understanding of social media strategy and online community interaction.
* Background in lifestyle-focused industries such as pet care, beauty, or wellness is a plus.
