Role Overview:
We're on the lookout for a reliable and versatile Marketing & E-Commerce VA to become a key contributor to our remote team. In this role, you'll help strengthen our digital presence, assist in executing marketing strategies, and support daily e-commerce operations. You'll work across platforms like Shopify and Amazon while helping coordinate key projects and keeping things organized behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Refresh and manage product listings, homepage modules, and landing pages on Shopify.
* Carry out Amazon Seller Central tasks including content updates, keyword tuning, and Brand Store optimization.
* Support and troubleshoot automated email and SMS campaigns alongside freelancers or marketing partners.
* Write blog content and improve SEO elements to increase organic search traffic.
* Design clean, branded visuals using Canva or similar tools for use across marketing channels.
* Research suppliers (such as fulfillment providers), compile influencer lists, and assist with market research.
* Maintain project timelines, track task progress, and collaborate with freelance talent to meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience:
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, online retail, or direct-to-consumer operations (agency or internal team).
* Comfortable creating visuals with Canva or comparable design software.
* Experienced with Shopify and tools like Klaviyo, Rebuy, and Okendo.
* Familiarity with or willingness to learn Amazon Seller Central workflows.
* Proficient in Notion, Google Workspace, and other cloud-based marketing platforms.
* Excellent command of written English and meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong with spreadsheet functions in Google Sheets and Excel.
* Able to use ChatGPT for writing, planning, or content support.

Preferred Skills:
* Familiar with GA4, Google Ads, CRO tools, visual analytics, or user behavior platforms.
* Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or content calendar coordination.
* Understanding of social media strategy or online engagement.
* Background in pet, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle-related brands is a plus.
