You'll be working for 2 purpose-led Australian ecommerce companies that create beautifully designed products to support spiritual exploration, organisation, clarity, and calm in everyday life. They are currently in a growth phase with a strong focus on meaningful marketing and customer connection.

About the role

This is a unique full-time role split between two companies (20 hours per week each), focused on content creation and marketing across email, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify and Wix). You'll help strengthen brand voice, support customer engagement, and drive sales. Key tasks include:
Campaign planning, email marketing, content creation.
Light customer support — all in a warm, grounded tone.

The Details

Job Location: Remote, work from home.
Company Location: Australia
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Hours (in Philippine Time): 7:00 am -3.30pm PHT

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing, Content, & Campaign Management

You'll create and deliver content (brand-aligned) that drives engagement and supports sales.
Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns across email and Instagram, including content creation and scheduling.
Write newsletters, set up marketing automations, and maintain a clear content calendar.
Repurpose existing materials and design social media content using Canva.
Track campaign performance and apply insights to improve future content.

E-commerce & Sales Support

Upload and maintain product descriptions, visuals, and promotional banners.
Support product launches with campaign copy, email sequences, and content updates.
Create landing pages, upload video content and written content.
Track the impact of campaigns on product sales and user engagement.

Customer Engagement

Respond to customer support queries and Instagram DMs using friendly, brand-aligned templates.
Flag complex or urgent matters to the Founder.
Ensure all customer interactions reflect our client's calm, grounded tone.

Comfortable learning new tools and working independently

We want to hear from you if you have…

4-5 years working as a digital marketing and content creator VA in the ecommerce space, working remotely for US, Australian, or European clients. No BPOs.
Professional writing skills with attention to brand and tone.
Experience using Shopify, Wix Stores, or any other e-commerce platforms.
Experience with creating social media content in Canva, Instagram, and email marketing.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
A calm, responsible, and independent work style.
Comfortable working part-time hours with flexible scheduling.
