Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, workforce plans, and manage team performance to achieve "first time right" delivery.
  • Oversee financial performance during roll-out phase, ensuring adherence to budget and project financial targets.
  • Drive change management initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities based on KPIs.
  • Ensure ethical and sustainable delivery, adhering to processes, regulations, and tools; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement change initiatives to secure value and improve quality.
  • Establish and manage acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to ensure timely approvals and payments.
  • Monitor invoicing lifecycle during implementation to support financial performance.
  • Report on project progress and deviations to support workforce and cost management.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to secure smooth information flow.
  • Ensure all work complies with customer directives, internal standards, and regulatory requirements; address non-compliance proactively.
  • Mentor and manage the allocated team and associated requirements.
  • Promote health, safety, and well-being to maintain a safe and thriving work environment.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Electrical or Structural Engineer.
  • Proven experience in pre-work scope of RAN projects, including Site Survey, TSSR creation, BOQ preparation, and RAN design solutions.
  • Strong technical background in telecommunications technologies, planning tools, and systems.
  • Knowledge of E+OHS, data security, environmental compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Experience leveraging data, automation, and AI/ML technologies for informed decision-making.
  • Ability to manage third-party, customer, and internal teams to achieve project acceptance.
