The role involves managing teams, vendors, and customers to achieve successful site installation, integration, and acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle telecom rollout from planning to customer handover.
  • Define project scope, workforce plans, and manage performance to ensure first-time-right delivery.
  • Oversee installation, integration, and acceptance activities for multiple sites.
  • Drive change management and continuous improvement based on KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, E+OHS, and security standards.
  • Manage customer and supplier communication to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project costs, invoicing, and financial performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and support project teams and service providers.
  • Manage 30–40 sites per month.
  • Complete site installation and integration within 7 days.
  • Achieve quality index below 0.4.
  • Secure PAC within 7 days and FAC within 14 days.
  • Maintain 95% planning accuracy in site tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT, Telecom, or related field).
  • 8–10 years of experience in telecom implementation or project management.
  • Experience in rollout or swap projects.
  • Willing to relocate to Davao or Cagayan de Oro.
