
Administrative Officer

Job responsibilities as Administrative Officer are as follows:
* Organizing and managing attendance/schedules and calendars for staff and patients
* Receiving and processing communication channels including email, phone, and physical mail to clients, contractors, employees, and anyone doing business at Re-hub Physical Therapy OPC
* Providing customer service and helping customers to resolve inquiries and issues/concerns.
* Organizing employees and consultants' payroll and mandatory benefits
* Organizing key company records and expenses, client's payments, processing incoming invoices, and issuing receipts
* Communicating with the external auditor and accounting firm for payment of taxes
* Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment, materials, supplies as needed
* Creating reports and memos for managers and staff as needed
* Organizing and reporting the vacation/sick leaves of employees
* Offering assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
* Maintain compliance of company with regards to business permits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
