Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall accounting and finance functions, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate outputs.
  • Manage cost accounting activities, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights for management decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with PEZA requirements, government regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and operational needs.
  • Utilize SAP, Excel, and other accounting systems to streamline financial processes.

Requirements:

  • BS in Accountancy graduate.
  • Minimum of 5 years' overall experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in cost accounting (manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Filipino nationality.
