Qualifications:

  • Has strong analytical and numerical abilities to interpret data, spot trends, and detect errors
  • Good problem-solving skills are required to address accounting discrepancies and challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for adopting and applying financial policies and procedures.

  2. Performs any combination of the following: calculating, posting and verifying information to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records, compiling and sorting documents.

  3. Preparation of checks for supplier and professional fees of doctors.

  4. Responsible for maintaining all documents and records that are acquired for audit purposes.

  5. Verifies, checking and posts details of accounting transactions.

  6. Reconciles and check balance all the medicines, medical and other supplies received by CSR and Pharmacy department compared to supplier's payable.

  7. To provide inventory summary report to be submitted to Accounting Head.

  8. Ensures that checks are properly signed.

  9. Reconciles PhilHealth collection.

  10. Verifies all medicines, medical and other supplies delivered in hospital premises received by Purchasing officer.
