Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Support in taking photos/videos for marketing materials and online posts.
  • Monitor social media messages, inquiries, and comments, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports and tracking campaign performance.
  • Help in maintaining the resort's online listings, ensuring information and photos are up to date.
  • Participate in resort events and assist with documentation or coverage.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Events) for promotions and guest engagement activities.
  • Support the marketing supervisor or manager in other assigned tasks and administrative work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in marketing, sales, or social media management.
  • Basic knowledge in graphic design or photo/video editing is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed for events.
  • Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or similar applications.
  • Good writing skills for captions and promotional materials.
