We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Creator to plan, produce, and manage engaging digital content across our social media platforms. This role focuses on building brand presence, increasing engagement, and supporting business goals through strategic and visually compelling content.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Strategy

  • Create original, high-quality content (graphics, short videos, reels, captions, stories) aligned with the brand voice and goals
  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar
  • Translate business updates, projects, and campaigns into engaging social media content
  • Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform best practices

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor comments, messages, and basic community engagement
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visuals

Performance Tracking

  • Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
  • Provide simple weekly or monthly performance reports
  • Recommend content improvements based on insights

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing, HR, or operations for announcements and campaigns
  • Support employer branding, recruitment posts, and internal initiatives when needed

Qualifications & SkillsRequired

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Creator, Content Creator, or similar role
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
  • Understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
  • Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

Preferred

  • Experience in corporate, construction, real estate, or service-based industries
  • Basic photography or video shooting skills
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and content scheduling tools
