Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth
  • Oversee content creation, curation, and management, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience engagement
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand community
  • Monitor social media metrics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in Crypto and Web3 space
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, track performance, and optimize budget allocation for maximum impact
  • Produce and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Reels that resonate with the target audience

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of social media management experience, with a strong focus on Crypto, Web3, or Fintech
  • Deep understanding of Crypto, Web3, and Fintech spaces, trends, and community dynamics
  • Advanced expertise in X (formerly Twitter) and familiarity with platform-specific best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on community engagement and brand storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven, with proficiency in social media analytics tools for performance tracking and strategy optimization
  • Experience creating and editing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
