Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
  • Oversee content creation, curation, and management, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience engagement.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand community.
  • Monitor social media metrics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in Crypto and Web3 space.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, track performance, and optimize budget allocation for maximum impact.
  • Produce and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Reels that resonate with the target audience.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of social media management experience, with a strong focus on Crypto, Web3, or Fintech.
  • Deep understanding of Crypto, Web3, and Fintech spaces, trends, and community dynamics.
  • Advanced expertise in X (formerly Twitter) and familiarity with platform-specific best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on community engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven, with proficiency in social media analytics tools for performance tracking and strategy optimization.
  • Experience creating and editing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
