About the Role

Toyota Mandaue South is looking for a committed Customer Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience throughout their vehicle service journey.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and via phone or digital channels
  • Assist customers with service inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the service process
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary
  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and other departments to meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service histories
  • Gather customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Individuals who hold a bachelor's degree preferably with a business-related course.
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Hardworking, smart, articulate, ambitious and has pleasing personality, superior presentation and communication skills
  • Has passion and interest in cars
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to face challenges and can handle stress very well
  • Can converse fluently in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya
