About the role

Are you looking for a fulfilling career in customer service? Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu as customer service representatives. This is a full-time role with no prior experience required - we welcome high school and senior high school graduates to apply.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our valued clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate various software and systems
  • A quick learner with a positive attitude and the drive to succeed
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in both English and the local language is preferred
  • Must possess either high school or senior high school educational qualification
  • Basic conversational English proficiency is required for effective communication
