Position Purpose:

The IT Program Manager (AI) will lead and manage AI programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
This role involves developing and implementing program plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and driving continuous improvement by evaluating program outcomes and gathering feedback.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage AI programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement program plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating program outcomes, gathering feedback, and incorporating lessons learned into future projects.
  • Communicate program status, progress, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders through regular reports and

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering,
    AI
    , Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on AI and machine learning projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex AI programs on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools

Nice to have Skills:

  • Experience with AI governance and ethical considerations.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle management tools.
  • Knowledge of change management and organizational transformation.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong background in business analysis and strategic planning.

Incumbent works in a temperature-controlled office environment.
