illing & Invoicing Specialist (FullBay Experience Required)

We're looking for a Billing & Invoicing Specialist who has hands-on experience using FullBay for invoicing, billing, and service order management. This is a part time, independent contractor role.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and send invoices through FullBay
  • Review service orders and verify billing accuracy
  • Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Coordinate with the operations team to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain organized billing records and reports

Requirements:

  • Experience with FullBay is a MUST
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php27, Php45,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
