Marketing Staff

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Staff to support our Marketing Department in executing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring smooth coordination of projects. This role includes both digital and on-ground marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing materials, including static and motion graphics for social media.
  • Assist in preparing marketing presentations, performance reports, and analytics (e.g. Meta Ads performance).
  • Respond to online inquiries; engage with followers and our social media community.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members on strategies to strengthen brand awareness and visibility.
  • Help organize, plan, and co-manage events such as industry expos and trade shows (logistics, vendor coordination, materials etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliverables, approvals, and smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience (1‑2 years) in marketing or digital marketing roles is an advantage (can include internships).

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects; or equivalent tools such as Canva, Figma) particularly for both static and motion graphics.
  • Comfortable working with social media tools and platforms; experience managing social media accounts and/or community engagement.
  • Analytical skills: able to interpret ad performance data, social media metrics, generate reports, and draw insights.
  • Good project management and organizational skills: able to multitask, manage deadlines, coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset: ability to propose new ideas, visuals, campaigns.
  • Attention to detail: ensuring high quality in design, text, formatting, brand consistency.

Other (nice to have):

  • Experience running or supporting paid social media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads / Facebook Ads).
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics skills.
  • Familiarity with presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite etc.).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Personal Qualities:

  • Proactive, self‑starter attitude.
  • Adaptability and flexibility (able to switch between digital and on‑ground work).
  • Good interpersonal skills: able to liaise with internal teams, external vendors, partners.
  • Time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure during campaign or event deadlines.
