FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Handle end - to -end recruitment process(sourcing to onboarding).

- Coordinate with managers for manpower requirements.

-Screen and interview candidates based on job qualifications.

-Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.

-Assisting in job fairs and recruitment campaigns.

-Ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.

QUALIFICATION:

-Must be a bachelor's degree in Psychology.

-With experience in recruitment , preferably in manpower agency.

-With good communication skills both written & verbal.

-Can work under pressure & with minimal supervision.

-Willing to assigned in Bayani Road, Quezon City.
