Role Overview
About the Client:
The Client is an entrepreneur managing two distinct ventures: a Real Estate business based in a high-cost U.S. market (Seattle, WA) and a new e-commerce/lifestyle brand (a cotton candy business with an accompanying educational YouTube channel). The Client has all the ideas, videos, and pictures but lacks the time to execute them, resulting in lost marketing momentum. The goal is to hire a professional to be the executor of all marketing ideas to ensure sustainable business growth.

About The Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Virtual Assistant (VA) (40 hours/week) to take complete ownership of the digital execution and marketing administration for both businesses. This role requires high proficiency across all social media platforms, content creation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The ideal candidate must be a proactive self-starter who can convert raw ideas (videos on a phone, pictures in a folder) into professional, scheduled, and measurable marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Engage with followers (comments, messages) and respond promptly.
  • Research trending topics and hashtags.
  • Track performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite and HubSpot.
  • Repurpose content (e.g., short-form videos) for multi-platform distribution.
  • Content Creation
  • Write compelling social captions, blog posts, and email newsletters. (Instruction on specific topics will be provided by the Client).
  • Create simple graphics using Canva or Photoshop.
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
  • Assist in creating presentations or marketing collateral.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Perform keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner.
  • Optimize blog posts and web pages for search performance.
  • Perform backlink outreach.
  • Monitor search rankings and site performance via Google Search Console.
  • Email Marketing
  • Build and maintain mailing lists, and manage the CRM database.
  • Set up automations and campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
  • Write engaging subject lines, newsletters, and follow-up sequences. (Instruction on specific content will be provided by the Client).
  • Track open and click rates.
  • Paid Advertising & Analytics
  • Assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads setup and optimization.
  • Track ad performance, budget, and analytics.
  • Track KPIs across all campaigns and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
  • Suggest improvements based on data analysis.
  • Website & Funnel Support
  • Update and maintain website landing pages (experience with WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace).
  • Help maintain funnels via tools like ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel.
  • Test lead forms and user flow integrity

Qualifications & Skills
Technical & Professional Experience

  • Marketing Strategy: Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and managing social media strategy.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot and setting up automated drip campaigns is mandatory.
  • E-commerce/Procurement: Experience with sourcing and communicating with international vendors (e.g., Alibaba) is highly valuable.
  • Video/Editing: Basic skills in video editing and asset management for content uploading are necessary.
  • Experience Level: At least three years of experience in marketing or a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing tools (Meta, Google, Canva, HubSpot etc.).
  • Basic understanding of branding, customer personas, and marketing funnels.
  • Bonus: basic graphic design or video editing skills.
