Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Associate will support clients in developing, executing, and monitoring data-driven digital marketing strategies. The role involves campaign planning, coordinating with internal partners, analyzing KPIs, and providing actionable insights. The Digital Marketing Associate will work closely with KreativForce for all creative and content requirements and with QT Solutions for technical deliverables such as website updates, analytics setup, and marketing integrations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience profiling to support strategy creation.
- Help design marketing calendars, content strategies, and channel plans for social media, email, SEO, and paid ads.
2. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with KreativForce to coordinate content creation, such as graphics, videos, and campaign assets.
- Work with QT Solutions for technical needs such as website updates, landing pages, analytics setup, and tracking implementation.
- Ensure all collaborators receive briefs, timelines, and clear instructions for smooth execution.
- Act as a connector between clients, KreativForce, and QT Solutions to ensure projects are aligned and on schedule.
3. Campaign Execution
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms and email marketing tools.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Check for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client brand guidelines.
4. Performance Tracking & KPI Monitoring
- Track campaign performance and monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and CRM dashboards to gather data.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and strategies.
5. Client Support & Communication
- Attend client meetings to provide marketing updates, insights, and progress reports.
- Assist in preparing strategy documents, campaign briefs, performance dashboards, and presentations.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and results.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Suggest new tools, features, or tactics that could enhance client performance.
- Support internal marketing initiatives for the company when needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing or analytics (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome).
- Experience working with creative teams or tech teams is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, social media, email marketing, paid ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, or equivalents.
