DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

  • Conduct self-inspections during manufacturing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Check finished goods before release to confirm they meet specifications.
  • Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Product Information Files (PIF).
  • Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Oversee manufacturing forms from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Coordinate with production teams to resolve issues and maintain product quality.
  • Assist R&D and chemists in preparing formulations and samples for testing.
  • Support production operations with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in production and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Operations Management, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php25,000.00 per month

  • Tanza, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
