Production Assistant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
- Conduct self-inspections during manufacturing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Check finished goods before release to confirm they meet specifications.
- Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Product Information Files (PIF).
- Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee manufacturing forms from raw materials to finished goods.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve issues and maintain product quality.
- Assist R&D and chemists in preparing formulations and samples for testing.
- Support production operations with administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned in production and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Operations Management, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tanza, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
