About the role

We are seeking a skilled and responsible full-time driver to join our dynamic team at Phil Wave Boat Builder Co. Ltd. in Tanza Cavite. As a driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of our goods and materials to and from our manufacturing facilities. This is a crucial role that supports the overall operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and vans, to transport goods and materials to various locations
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle logs and records
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, and operate vehicles in a courteous and defensive manner
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods and materials as needed
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle interior and exterior

What we're looking for

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • At least 2 years of experience as a commercial driver in the road transport industry
  • Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
