To support our continued growth, we are seeking a competent and dependable Administrative Staff to join our team.
Position Summary
The Administrative Staff shall be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and the timely execution of company processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize official records, files, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
- Coordinate office communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Support HR, accounting, and other operational functions through data encoding, filing, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Perform such other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related course.
- Relevant administrative experience is an advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with integrity and professionalism.
