We are looking for Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients—introducing our services, generating leads, and setting appointments that directly support our sales team. Whether as a full-time employee or a freelancer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business.
Job Summary
The Cold Caller / Appointment Setter plays a vital role by serving as the first point of contact with potential clients. This position focuses on conducting outbound calls to introduce our services, build initial interest, and secure qualified appointments for our sales team. As the voice of the company, you will be responsible for presenting our solutions in a clear and engaging way, ensuring prospects understand the value we can provide to their business.
Beyond making calls, this role requires persistence, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset. You will be expected to listen actively, handle objections with professionalism, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions. Success in this role comes from combining excellent communication skills with determination and resilience, ensuring that each call moves us one step closer to creating strong client relationships and achieving overall sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Familiarize yourself with the company's products and services to confidently present their value to potential clients.
- Research and identify potential clients to generate quality leads.
- Contact prospects via cold calling and email to establish engagement.
- Qualify prospects based on their needs and ensure alignment with our services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications and leads in the CRM system.
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally, maintaining a positive and persuasive approach.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
- Stay updated on company services, promotions, and industry trends to address client questions.
- Collaborate with the team, sharing best practices and supporting collective success.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, call center, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication in english and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients across phone, email, and social media.
- Resilient and confident when handling objections and rejection.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet 70–200 calls per day consistently.
- Comfortable with research and lead generation strategies.
- Basic computer proficiency; CRM and dialer experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for record-keeping and follow-ups.
- Ability to manage time effectively and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college level or graduate preferred.
Open to both office-based employees and part timers with the right skills and commitment.
